| Details: | Sent to the property manager and owner the test results from the Arsenic sample submitted on 2/18/22 which exceeded the MCL at .139 mg/L. In addition, a Do No Drink Public Notice was sent with instruction to distribute this document to all residents immediately. Candace reports that this will be done by the end of today. She will send me confirmation when this is completed with any changes that she made to the public notice. Sent a sampling schedule increase request to DMCE from yearly to monthly. A conference call will be scheduled for next week with property manager and owner to discuss the next steps toward compliance. | ||
