| Details: | Informed Oralia of violation for failure to maintain 4-log treatment due to several days in January where the minimum residual was not met. Asked her to distribute a public notice to all residents and staff then send me a copy of notice. The proper public notice template was sent to Oralia in an email. Update 3/3: Operator stated that necessary repairs were made to chlorinator and maintenance lead ensures her that it is now operating correctly. Update 3/18: Circuit rider assisted operator to adjust injection rate. |
