| Details: | Called facility number the operator wasnt there. Called cell phone number of operator. Left a message to take 3 repeat samples in distribution and one TG (source) sample at the well. Repeats should aim to be taken within 24 hours of receiving coliform positive result. Followed up this phone message with an email. Noted that coliform result and schedule are not in SDWIS yet. |
