| Details: | June 6 2018 survey noted no plan review for new well #4, no O M plan and an inadequate gasket for the reservoir hatch. On June 22, 2018 Rick emailed me pictures and we spoke on the phone that all items had been corrected. An O M plan has been developed and hatch gasket improved. Rick submitted PR materials July 22 and is working with Carrie to complete review for new well. | ||
