| Details: | 02.28.2022- DMCE did not receive an amended Surface Water Treatment report for the Month of January. A one point violation was issued for Late/nonreporting SWTR for January. 02.09.2022-Jessie informed me that January's SWT Report sent to DMCE is incorrect and doesn't reflect the actual data for the month of January. He stated that he would email an amended report to DMCE. 01.20.2022- During the onsite Leve 2 Coliform Investigation, I observed that the water system did not have monitoring equipment onsite that was usable. Without the proper testing equipment, the operator did not have any ability to properly measure chlorine residuals, turbidity, pH, or temperature. New equipment was ordered on 1-20-22. Daily records for January's Surface Water Treatment report should reflect the days when the system was unable to take measurements for pH, temperature, Chlorine, and Turbidity. |
