Details:	System took required temporary routine samples after positive repeat samples. Two of the three temporary routine samples were positive for coliform. Level II investigation is required for the system. System is required to take 3 repeat (RP) samples and 1 triggered (TG) sample prior to 10/02. System is then required to take 3 TR samples between 10/01-10/31. System will be going to monthly monitoring for coliform.
