| Details: | Discuss with the operator the routine coliform sample that tested positive on 9-27-18. He claims that a repeat sample for the well has already been submitted and that it also came back positive for coliform. I inform him that three repeat samples are also required. One at the sample site that tested positive for coliform and one sample site upstream and downstream. He states that the well was chlorinated yesterday prior to him obtaining the distribution samplings. His statement, "why does it matter when the well is the source of contamination." I informed him of the additional requirement for three distribution samples labeled, temporary routine, by October 31, 2018. | ||
