| Details: | This operator contacted me last week to relay information regarding this system. He had taken special samples the week prior to the temporary routine sample being submitted that had resulted with positive results for coliform. We discussed residual maintenance chlorination for this system. He mentioned that he will be submitting a plan review for disinfection in the near future. | ||
