| Details: | On 10/2/18, Mr. Zimmerman, contacted our office via email requesting a technical consultation regarding a draft-copy of a public notification (that is due by 10/15/18). We forwarded the email to the Oregon Health Authority, Drinking Water Services for additional review and critique. Today, we contacted Mr. Zimmerman, via phone, to discuss our recommended changes to the public notification prior to publication. Copies of referenced email conversations are available upon request at the Hood River County Health Department. | ||
