| Details: | I called and left a voice message for Alex informing him a public notice needs to be reissued for exceeding the MCL for arsenic. I asked him to make sure all water customers get a copy of the notice and to send a copy to OHA DWS and to me. Their current arsenic RAA is 0.011 mg/l. The WS is also currently in violation of their civil penalty settlement agreement with OHA DWS. Alex mentioned recently that they are working to connect to the city of Woodburns water system as a permanent solution. | ||
