| Details: | The operator called to ask me what needs to be done as one of the follow up samples was positive for coliform. I let her know that a Level 1 investigation needs to be completed. She indicated that the feel some plumbing work might be to blame. I emailed her the template. I also emailed a template for the revised total coliform sample plan. | ||
