Details: Amy sent an e-mail in regards to a recent violation for having the 4-log disinfection below the minium over 24 hours:

In regards to Patio RV Park failure to maintain 4-log treatment.
Unfortunately, Ken failed to maintain 4-log treatment on 3/19/18. Putting it at 24 hours below the minimum.

We will be issuing public notice sending a copy of the public notice to primacy agency.

Ken has been informed that 4-log treatment must be maintained every day.
We are working to ensure this does not occur again.
