| Details: | Called Laurel Kullerud to inform here that a routine coliform sample tested positive and that she needed to collect three repeat samples and one triggered source sample. Also, explained that DWS needed a corrective action on the sanitary defects that were identified in the Level 2 investigation that was completed last August 2017. Requested that Laurel return my phone call. | ||
