| Details: | The system contact informed me that on 10-1-18, in response to the positive total coliform result from the routine sample taken on 9-28-18, he submitted 3 repeat samples and one triggered source sample to the lab to be tested for coliform bacteria. He stated that all 4 samples came back negative. I advised him of the requirement to take three temporary routine samples and have them tested for coliform bacteria in October 2018. | ||
