| Details: | I reached out to Steve to check the status of remaining survey deficiencies on the ground water well sanitary seal. Remaining issues are ensuring conduit penetrations at the seal are water tight. Steve indicated water system is needing to wait until water demand in the system drops due to the well plumbing needing to be temporarily dissembled to accommodate. Updated email corrective action plan to have sanitary seal penetration corrected by no later than 12/14/18. | ||
