| Details: | I conducted a site visit on 10/10/18 to verify the water system is free from sanitary defects and has a protected water source. The water system was found to be free of sanitary defects and is operated in a knowledgeable manner. The source is protected and meets all hazard setback requirements. The water system installed residual maintenance chlorination following reoccurring coliform issues. The water system has sampled monthly for over 1 year with no MCL exceedances. The water system is requesting a reduction in quarterly coliform sampling. | ||
