Details: Phone contact with operator, operator is working with contractor regarding issues, facility may change cartridge in iron filtration system, system has increase residuals and has completed shocking the distribution noted in previous level 2. Level 2 will be conducted as soon as system conducts some operational adjustments. DIsccsued changing system to seasonal to allow for all distribution options to be tests for repeat coliform samples.
