Details:	I spoke with Mel about the unresolved deficiencies from the 2021 survey. He explained that a response letter was mailed to OHA. The letter from the district was received February 24th that outlined corrective actions with documentation. I will reach out to the DWS circuit rider about performing a tracer study this year. A 30-day extension was given to schedule the circuit rider visit. Follow up with district in early April on progress. Update: The district is working with the DWS circuit rider to perform a new tracer study. The corrective action due date has been extended. The tracer study is scheduled for May 18th. - M. Byrd.
