| Details: | I received notification from Molly Keller in the OHA-DWS Cross Connection Program that Jason Green Certification No. 2171 is the assigned Cross Connection Control Specialist for Falls City. Based on this information, the deficiency was noted as resolved in Data Online. All other deficiencies identified in the 2020 survey have been corrected. | ||
