| Details: | Pleasant Home Water District is part of the Joint Monitoring Plan (JMP) with Portland and several other water systems for lead and copper. Pleasant Home is one of three systems that did not have any homes tested at all within its district. The “required” number of sites for Pleasant Home under the JMP is one, while the "goal" number of sites is two. This is determined by the number of Tier 1 homes available within the water system in relation to the overall portion of homes within the JMP. Because there were no homes tested within the water district, the consumer notice date column on the lead and copper tab in Data Online represents the date that Portland notified its consumers. | ||
