Details:	I spoke with Robert Trotter from Hiland Water who notified me about a notice that Western Hills MH Estates received from DWS which said the system missed their 2021 Nitrate sample. I checked their history and saw that they did sample for Nitrate in 2021, but it was labeled as "EP-A" (entry point for inactive wells) instead of the required EP-D (entry point for one active well.) Robert assured me the samples were actually collected at EP-D, but accidentally labeled EP-A on the form; he added that he was not sure if the inactive wells 1 and 2 at EP-A could even be sampled from accidentally.
