Details:	Emailed summary of overdue water quality testing and appeal to catch up. Also asked again about status of boil advisory, still "open" on record; requested clarification of actual issue leading to advisory, if issue has been resolved, and if follow up TC testing has been completed. 3/22/22 CCEH Sent JR new template for Emergency Response Plan. JR returned email stating the PUC is involved in customer complaints/disputes. JR plans to have overdue water testing submitted this week and photos sent to CCEH demonstrating repairs completed in response to CR report. Plan is to lift boil notice upon receiving results of testing.
