| Details: | Received alert for total coliform positive result of a routine sample collected on 10/10/18. Spoke with Traci. Staff from Table Rock Lab will be out early next week to collect the required 3 repeat samples and one source sample. Further actions will be based on those results. Update - three repeat and a triggered source samples were collected on 10/16/18. All were positive for total coliform bacteria. The water system contacted Purswell Pumps to come and flush out the system. A pound of calcium hypochlorite was put in both the well and storage tank. The system immediately began flushing. A level 1 investigation was performed by the water system. The routine sample in November was absent for bacteria. |
