| Details: | System received a positive total coliform result on 3/9 at routine coliform sampling site 855 Reagan. Operator is following up with the repeat samples (downstream, upstream and original site) as well as the triggered samples for the two active wells. 3/11/2022 Update: Operator collected the necessary repeat samples and called regulator with results. Triggered source samples were coliform negative. Repeat samples in the distribution were +TC but negative for E. coli. DWS sent operator the Level 1 Investigation form and procedure and the operator will send the completed form to DWS within 30 days. 3/14/2021 Update: Operator completed the Level 1 Investigation form and submitted to DWS regulator. Operator noted there were mainline projects going on the week before the initial coliform detections and could have caused some stir up in the system. Operator will be flushing mainlines and taking special coliform samples. |
