Details:	Phone contact with sage, sage miss understood and took samples on separate days and only submitted 2 of the three taken. System is now aware of this issue and will take temporary routines correctly for all following issues. System noted it also may contract with sampling company for future issues. Also discussed providing monthly gw report on time for following months.
