Details:	03.14.2022 - Cal is working on correcting deficiencies identified during the survey. He still needs more time to finish the ERP, Op and Maintenance manual, and Coliform sampling plan. The turbidimeter was calibrated with the StabCal standard, 20 NTU. The date was not specified in his email. I instructed Cal to send a copy of the calibration log sheet with the date it was las calibrated. I reminded Cal that the turbidimeter has to be calibrated at least quarterly. Regarding the membrane DIT deficiencies, Cal reported that the membrane system does do an automated DIT, but Cal apparently has no way of retrieving the DIT results. His IT department has spent hours with Seccua and at the system with no luck. I emailed Cal the specific survey questions related to the membrane DIT to get clarification on what specific information can be retrieve from the membrane control panel. I have extended the corrective action due dates for all pending deficiencies. See deficiency page on Data Online for more detail.
