| Details: | Called and talk to the office manager at Cascade Meadow R.V. Resort near LaPine OR this morning. The new well has not been brought on line yet. I reminded them that, per my 21 Dec 2021 water system survey report and per Carrie Gentry's letter of 22 Sept, 2021; Before the new well is connected to the drinking water system the raw water sample tap must be installed and the well vent screen must be replaced. They understood these requirements and told me they would complete those requirements before they plumbed in the new well. John Mason |
