Details:	I emailed Alex asking if the backup plan to connect to the city of Woodburn was happening and if so how soon. The WS is above the RAA for arsenic and needs to provide an adequate treatment plant or new source of water to comply with the arsenic MCL. They issued a public notice on 10/5.
