| Details: | 03.16.2022-System failed to meet CT and minimum chlorine levels in February. I instructed Jonathan to post a Tier 2 Disinfection Treatment Notice as soon as practical. The notice must include both the contact time and “single exceedance” under disinfectant residual-include all dates for both. A Tier 2 template was emailed to Jonathan. Next step: Jonathan was instructed to email me a final copy of the notice with the date posted. |
