| Details: | 03.16.2022 - Aaron emailed me photo documentation verifying the following corrective actions have been taken to address survey deficiencies: Screen vent on water tank hatch installed, Operation and Maintenance Plan updated, cover installed on well No. 3, raw water sample installed at wellhead. Next step: initiate plan review process to address major modifications no approved. Specifically: new storage tanks, ozone treatment and UV system installed in 2020. Andy Wright is working on this. |
