| Details: | 07.07.2021-Total coliform bacteria found in water sample collected on 7.6.2021. sample was absent of E. Coli. Operator voluntarily posted a boil water notice and collected 3 repeat samples. Two of the three repeat samples came back positive for Total coliform. All repeat samples were absent of E. Coli. I instructed the operator to collect a triggered sample at the wellhead before July 17, 2021. The triggered sample must be collected before shocking the well. Bandon pump and well is scheduled to do a site visit on 7.15.21 to assist with shocking the storage tank and lines. System will collect an additional sample after shocking the system to ensure water is absent of bacterial contamination. The Boil water will remain in place until further notice. | ||
