| Details: | Monica Carter emailed me to inquire about the significant deficiencies from our survey on 8/18/21. She wanted to know if the hatch lid and vent screen pictures that she sent were sufficient corrective actions. I let her know that they were and that they would still require more corrective actions and that they were over due from February 28th, 2022. Because those deficiencies were not corrected in the allotted time of February 28th, 2022, a Tier 2 Public Notice will have to be posted to all customers of the water system by March 30th 2022 for failing to correct deficiencies. I also attached a Tier 2 Public Notice template to the email for her reference. |
