| Details: | Phone contact with operator, operator noted they received report and have water company this weekend to check on nitrate filtration system and salt will be replaced, system will resample after repair. System noted a relay switch was replaced at end of march, system did not flush 2500 gallon holding tank after repair and took sample from water storage tank during a low use time for the park, the nitrate level was not effected as the reservoir storage is after filtration. the system plans to change media in salt filter and then drain reservoir 4/9-4/10. System will resample once filter media is replaced in up coming week. 4/18 phone contact with operator - operator noted relay switch was incorrect and was replaced, new samples were taken and submitted with ND results, due to higher recent tests - a tier 2 public notice will be issued. |
