Details: CONTACTED STAFF TODAY AND INQUIRED ABOUT DEFICIENCIES. STAFF NOTED ME THAT COLIFORM SAMPLING PLAN WAS COMPLETED AND THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE MANUAL. THEY REQUESTED ASSISTANCE IN COMPLETING THE MANUAL. I NOTED I WOULD LOOK FOR EXAMPLES TO HELP THEM OUT. THEY AGREED. DISCUSSED RULE CHANGES REGARDING EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS AND RECOMMENDED ONE BE COMPLETED STILL. THEY UNDERSTOOD.
