| Details: | I spoke with the DRC for PWS Ever Fresh Fruit Company about the violation for not taking/reporting a February routine sample. The DRC sent me the lab report for their 2/8/22 sample. Even though it has the PWS number ID noted and states that it is a routine sample, it was apparently not received by DWS. I have forwarded the result page to DWP.DMCE and the operator is investigating with their lab the cause of not reporting the result. The DRC is aware that the system is responsible for a monthly routine sample and that the result must be reported within 10 days after the closing of the regulatory period (month). | ||
