| Details: | All 3 temp repeats positive for March following February 24 routine TC+. Spoke with Karen and Umpqua lab and system will take 3 more temp repeats in April. One of the temp routines will be from the well source and act as a triggered sample. Results will dictate further action. System is on monthly sampling for one year due to M/R violation and level one. | ||
