| Details: | Monica emailed me with a corrective action plan for all of the significant deficiencies that were due February 28th. A follow up letter was sent March 28th to let them know they would need to issue a public notice for failure to correct deficiencies. I updated the deficiencies to mid June as her email requested. They are currently going through staff changes and just hired a new Environmental specialist who will be working on correcting the issues. | ||
