| Details: | Update: Discussed Violations and Public notice requirements. 8-12-21 I spoke to Chuck the DRC this morning regarding continue DBP exceedances and corrective action associated with the bilateral compliance agreement. The water system continues to flush the distribution monthly. Chuck informed me that he has met with the newly appointed City Council and has thoroughly explained the current corrective actions as well as the need for additional pretreatment to address TOC which contributes to DBP formation. I also followed up with an email regarding pending required public notices. The water system is pursuing a SIPP grant to address likely pending pretreatment needs. |
