| Details: | Today phone contact was attempted with the operator. A voicemail was left for the operator about the points that the system has racked up and to find out where they are with Plan Review that is required. Since the facility has had 3 months of clear samples after taking corrective action, an email was sent to compliance in an attempt to return to compliance many of the E.coli points. |
