| Details: | Called and spoke with Doug about a corrective action plan for the significant deficiencies that were found on the recent water survey. He explained that there used to be a back flow device on the system when it was connected to the Celilo Inn Motel, however it is no longer attached nor serving water to the motel and he finds it to be an unnecessary cost to the system. He is working on completing the coliform sampling plan and has finished the CCR as well as the maintenance manual. I gave him an extension to June 14th 2022 for the corrective actions to be completed and will contact him then on his progress. | ||
