| Details: | Spoke with Jane Russell regarding an issue they were having with their chlorine injection pump on their water system. This resulted in chlorine residual readings below that required to maintain 4-log viral inactivation. They have issued a boil water notice and will maintain it until they resolve the chlorine injection pump issue. 4/1/2022 - Received a copy of their March 2022 monthly disinfection report and report documenting their actions in resolving their chlorine injection pump issue including the issuance of the boil water notice (and rescinding of said notice.) |
