Details: Left additional voicemail messages for Mike and no call back received. Contacted Donatellos restaurant at Marion Forks and talked to employee who answered the phone. Mike was onsite. Explained that no sample was received at lab. Explained that they needed to take in a coliform and Nitrate sample ASAP or they may be closed.
