| Details: | Contacted Torrii Rogers by phone at 3:25pm on Monday, 4/11/22. Notified Torrii that there is a non-reporting violation for the routine coliform sample. Torrii stated that they took the sample and said she will follow up with the lab to see what happened. Edit: Followed up with Torrii Rogers by phone at 4:09pm on 4/11/22. Torrii said that the sample didn't make it to the lab and that she will take a sample for the second quarter as soon as possible. |
