| Details: | A level 2 investigation was performed at The Cafe by Phebe Howe. Two temporary sources of contamination were found. One is the water system's raw water sample tap is after a pressure tank and inline filter that is not maintained properly, and two the system only has swivel faucet in the kitchen to sample from. The facility was given 30 days to move the raw water sample to closer to the wellhead and clean the micron filter that is on the water system and then to shock chlorinate and flush out the system following the plumbing work. The system will then collect there November monthly sample to show the issue has been resolved by collected there RT from a nonswivel faucet from the bathroom. | ||
