| Details: | We sent a letter to the operator that said: Brian Kittelson: Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Drinking Water Services program records show that your water system did not meet monitoring and reporting requirements for Total Coliform bacteria during the 1st quarter monitoring period (Jan 01, 2022 - Mar 31, 2022) as required by OAR: 333-061-0036)(6)(b)... The first steps necessary to return to compliance are: 1. Immediately collect a water test sample for ‘Total Coliform’ from the distribution system. Submit a copy of the results to the address shown below. 2. Check your testing records.
