| Details: | We received complaint about no water at a mobile home park in Rainier, Oregon off Doan Road. I spoke with Robert who covers operations with Western Hills MH Estates, he thankfully was going up to that location while I was on the phone with him. Although I have to officially confirm if the complaints were necessarily for Western Hills and not another mobile home park in the area, Robert mentioned there was a power outage at Western Hills' well and there was supposedly a circuit break at the Reservoir, which may have resulted in reduced pressure to distribution. If the system had zero positive pressure: I mentioned that a boil water notice is required and at least one coliform water sample is to be collected, labeled a "special" sample. Once that coliform water sample result comes back as negative, the boil notice will be lifted; public notice is to be submitted to all users of the system's water as well. I forwarded the public notification BMP best management practices to Robert. |
