| Details: | The City of Amity had 3 LCR excursions for not meeting their minimum entry point pH level of 7.5 at EP-D. The City’s has 3 excursions in the current 6 month monitoring period. The system is allowed up to 9 excursions in a 6-month monitoring period, so no further action is needed at this time but DWS staff did check-in with system to make them aware of the excursion. System requested water quality parameter minimums be reevaluated. |
