Details:	04.20.2022-Cal informed me that the following deficiencies have been corrected: - Operation and Maintenance Manual including SOPs 04.20.2022 - Coliform sampling plan 04.20.2022 Cal requested a time extension to complete the ERP, install a new flow meter and address the deficiencies with the membrane DIT. The due date for these deficiencies is now July 31, 2022. The system is interested in technical assistance from our Circuit Rider Program to address the issues with the membrane DIT. This assistance is currently available for historically not eligible water systems as long as it is not a federally owned water system. 04.18.2022-I contacted Cal to get an updated of the survey deficiencies that are still pending for Lavern and Lavern West water systems.
