Details:	04.22.2022-I emailed Daniel to get an update on the status of the corrective actions that are still pending for the deficiencies identified during the 2021 water system survey. Next steps: The system has until May 6 to resolve the potential cross connection that exist between the raw water line and an old line connected to the 50,000 gallon reservoir. The system has until November 30, to create and update their coliform sampling plan, ERP and their Operation and Maintenance Manual.
