| Details: | Sent Lorin the following information in an email. I also cc'd Dustin Hoehne: The routine coliform sample from 4/20 was positive for total coliform. Now three repeat samples in the distribution and a triggered source/well sample are required. Also next month, May, you will need to report 3 temporary routine samples (all from the distribution).
